By using this floor planning tool product (“the Product”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership and Copyright: The Product, including all individual stencils and design elements, is the sole property of Pickapalette Pte. Ltd.. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the Product may violate copyright laws and result in legal consequences.

License: The license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to download, view, and use the Product solely for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes reproducing the content for presentation to clients. Under this license, you are prohibited from modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, transferring, or selling any part of the Product. You are explicitly prohibited from uploading any part of the Product online, for distribution or for marketing purposes. Additionally, you are not permitted to reproduce the content of the Product for marketing materials, publications, or any other marketing-related use, unless prior approval has been obtained from the owner. Pickapalette Pte. Ltd. retains sole ownership of all content, including individual stencils and design elements, within the Product.

Single User: This license grants a single user to utilize the Product. Sharing access to the files or the Product is permissible exclusively with the purchase of a Team license, enabling distribution among team members. If you need to upgrade your license from a single user to more than one user, get in touch via hello@pickapalette.com.

No Warranty: Pickapalette Pte. Ltd. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Product. The Product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Product is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Pickapalette Pte. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Pickapalette Pte. Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property Rights: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing in the Product are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained in these terms of use shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, or trade name displayed in the Product without the express written permission of the owner.

By using the Product, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these terms of use. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your right to use the Product and may subject you to legal consequences.
